eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - New device after suspended account

Will an old device that I've never used for etsy allow me to create a new account or does the device have to be one that has never been on my wifi/used the same IP address as my suspended account?

I think you need a different IP address,even so they can still find out

I usually just buy quality VDS (virtual server) and create the shop on VDS. It have different IP and device information. So no need to change device!)

if it is a computer then "never used" just means old windows is uninstalled , new one is installed

it is also possible to create multi-boot

I can recommend that you use a new IP, use Mozzilla Portable, set a new IP, with this you guarantee that the new account will not limit you
