Manual review after 1st sale
Is this speculation or any evidence to this? Is this why so many get banned after 1st sale ??? Am thinking if getting a new account but might now use pics I take my self and not digital mockups ??? That might be why I keep getting banned. |

It's not just the photos you use, it's the price of the product.
It is also publishing not so quickly after creating the account. When publishing you should place real photos if possible, delete the metadata of the photos.
Use a good quality residential IP.
send the product quickly, enter the tracking number on time |

| I had this account for 4 month. I posted 1 then and took it down to test. Now 4 month later I posted couple and no problem till first sale. They put you in vacation mode till you send them id. |

The bot is programmed to ask for ID etc after first sale,not when you open a shop.
Etsy sales is very slow,charging a fee for opening a shop is a new source of revenue. |

Well, Spanish accounts? I don't think ETSY can read the age and address of bank account. From what I have tested, EU accounts accept banks from different names |

| For Etsy,name of the bank account must match the name you registered with Etsy,age of your mother and address I dont think they care or even check.

My first sale was something digital that doesn't comply with Etsy's policies. The account is still live, I wasn't asked for verification nor was the shop put into Vacation mode.
I made an account weeks ago using my mother's name. The first sale was a few days later, it was another problematic digital item, they asked for verification.
Maybe Etsy is just starting to do this or is it random? |

| Manual review is a real thing, they even manual review after your second sale during peaking season. It happened to me last year. |

| Yes, Etsy has kind of database and when ETSY has your data, you are auto.verified and you don't have to upload the IDs.
For the manual review after 1st sale, I don't think so. You are verified during setup, and you add the real bank, list legal proudcts, then you are good to go.
I have 100% positive first order without hassles 1st fund transfer from ETSY, so I don't think ETSY has kind of manual review after 1st sale. If you believe so, then ETSY reviews every order. |
