Questions about Credit card and bank account

I will use my credit card with etsy account BUT I plan to adding a different bank RIB, one that is owned by my sister, will this cause an issue?
I heard that Etsy only asks for RIB and not the name of the owner of the bank account is that true?

You can do it without a problem, they will not verify the name, they do not keep that database. just as they say it will work very well for you

For US account,name of your Etsy account must agree with your bank account,some said it is worldwide,some said US only.

what data base?
they are with the banks,ETSY does not keep database of all bank accounts in the world
