does the address itself matter?

Let's assume that I rent an apartment, someone who previously lived at this address has been suspended, but they have no connections with me, many companies are registered at the same address, etc. could this cause suspension? does the address itself not matter and there must be more connections for the seller to be linked and suspended?

Re: does the address itself matter?

blacklisted address, unfortunately, this will lead to suspensions...and also if loads of suspensions in a post code area.anything within a mile radius could potentially be suspension too

Re: does the address itself matter?

It takes more than a physical address, like your ISP/
There is a case in UK where the whole building shares one ISP ,the person was suspended due to another tenant

right on - otherwise there would be big areas of cities blocked or even buildings.

I figure the only time that the address alone would cause issues is if it was an address that had been hit with heavy heavy incidents of fraud - happens but very rare

You should not have any problems, these situations are covered. Maybe you should change the internet service or change the IP in any case

The address definitely matters. PP will lock down family members at the same address if they have an issue with one person.

That’s a manual review ! Stealth is about fooling the bots ! Where all toast if it falls to a human.

reps are known not to be the best with discretion or privacy consideration...

Just an address no

Needs a few points of linking.

So this can be a little tricky right?

The answer is a NO, but it's a weak no.

Basically if your name, IP, phone etc is different then it should be ok.
It'd be better if you use that blacklisted address months down the line instead of immediately.

Better yet, I'd get a different mail box address

I use mail box addresses for my old still living accounts - worked so well for me
