Double surname
 

Hello all, the other day I was opening a shop, it got stuck on the how you’ll get paid page, for some reason once I clicked the button save and continue it becomes gray and nothing was charging, I tried putting the full name surname and name only under the name section, for some reason it charged and it later asked me to provide the ID all went good and the shop is now open, while I was checking the legal information I see that it has added two time the surname, like Mickey Mouse mouse, should I change it or leave like that? Could it give me problem once they will check after first sale?

you gave the ID hmm I wouldn't change anything since you're account is active now after ID submission - waiting to see other ppl's opinions

Don't change anything, that's fine. It's usually better not to try to do anything to fix it.

Hello, this has happened to some of my clients when they send the documents to verify it, in your case I recommend leaving it that way, perhaps at some point they will request verification again and you will have problems with that.
