ETSY address

Hi all,

I am just sitting on it until I open a new store since mine got suspended.

I am seeing a lot of posts regarding using different addresses to sign up.

I am in the UK and now Etsy send info straight to HMRC to stop people dodging paying tax on their sales.

How does this work when using a different address? Surely the address on Etsy needs to be the same as HMRC would have?

Hmrc are only interested in your income! I have 4 eBay’s an Amazon and Etsy and I just send all my info to my accountant. All same name but diff info. Just don’t lie about your income.

Different addresses in the same country should be fine.

agree different address should be fine if it's in the same country. The address thing should be the least of your worries when it comes to ETSY
