Etsy IP Issue
 

Anyone else had the below message from Etsy when logging into their account?

“We received 3 notices of intellectual property infringement for one or more of your listings. Please refer to Etsy's Intellectual Property Policy.
The reported listings have been deactivated, and we’ve sent you an email about the 3 listings to XXXXEmail.”

The issue is I have got no email message from Etsy regarding this (spam or otherwise) and none of my listings have been deactivated. 3 months back I had one deactivated but nothing since. Any ideas on what is going on?

is the email really from Etsy?
You can also ask Etsy ?
Do not click on any link,it could try to steal your password

beware of spam. can be any kind of this.
for the ip taken down notice as I remember on etsy it always sent to your email not in the onsite message list.

But she logged into her account and found this message,not email?
So it has to be from Etsy??

For a long time,I was not notified when I sold some items on Etsy and I am not the only seller facing this problem,now it looks like they have fixed the problem.
Did you check y our spam folder?

since day 1,hit and miss,but lately I am getting notice

Are you absolutely certain the msg is from Etsy and not a competitor?
