Hello everyone, i have 1 shop under my real name and info, i would like to open a new one under my mom name everything will be different new device new fresh ip new bank account all will be matching her name, i was wondering if the address could be a problem since we live together?

Dont know about Etsy,but Ebay is known to suspend everyone in the same household if one is suspended.
it does not help when they start logging on to each other's device.
One of you should rent a mail box ,just to play safe

the problem would be that here in italy they dont change your government id as soon as you tranfser, and no mail boxes available here to my knowledge, i dont plan to getting any of the 2 banned however, i dont sell risky items, and i will absolutely not sharing devices, i bought a new phone just to log in int her account, with a new sim, could it be risky?

Italian eBay is generally more "relaxed"

We use to live in same building but different flats so, if you do not mix anithing else, it should work in my opinion

I wouldn't do that on Etsy its just a lot more strict than eBay

If you use an address which does not exist but close to yours,will the local postman deliver to you if he recognize the name of the recipient(your mother)?

Perhaps OP does not need to worry about mail being delivered from etsy to his mother anyhow...

I have never receive any physical mail from Etsy,on eBay you can opt out of it and just receive email,including 1099K.
But a physical address is needed for returns.,unless MOM is selling digital goods

A po box is great. Even better is a privately owned box so you have a normal street address

He said there is no PO Box nearby.
Does he have family or friends nearby and use their address.

If no po boxes then perhaps the different flats in same building option discussed earlier in the thread...
