Just signed up everything different exempt the credit card on file that’s new and different but the billing address is same as banned account surely that’s not enough? Or maybe Etsy don’t even handle that info it’s adyan ??

I doubt etsy sees the billing address - unless you give it to them (don't)

Knowing etsy, it's quite risky, but since you already signed up... let's see what happens the next week once you started selling.
