Etsy Inactive listing driving me mad - Desperate for some help

I have an Etsy shop selling childrens playamts. I have designed them myself and get them printed at a local printers. One of the designs - my most popular one - keeps getting decativted by Etsy saying it breaks their creative standards.

I don't understand why only this listing is getting flagged but not the others. Etsy don't give a proper answers as to why. If anyone can help me i'd be so happy.

I think it's more to do with the use of word "lego"...
