Man, my seller rating was a 4.4, store was over 2 years old. Over 1k sells, digital. I tried to buy from another seller....Boom, Ban. I am so use to getting banned from selling, on other platforms, not buying LOL! Probably got linked to another buyer account my guess...used the card before idk.. Sucks, but i will be back on if they don't reinstate me.

Getting messages for what digital items i was selling, someone asked steam or clash of clans stuff lol...Didn't know that was a thing. Anyways, guys, what's the best country to open a new account up? I have means to do it here but curious, i've seen some mods mention it in different places, if you know kindly dm if its that lowkey...Thank you in advance!

It sure is crazy, reminds me of when i joined this forum in 2011...It seems like when i went from selling physical merch to digital, my outlook has changed or i have got lazy LOL! I'm am telling you nothing beats digital! Back in the day there was a grey area on eBay for digital items...You see sellers killing it, and when you try to get in on the action, Ban after Ban. I stumbled upon etsy and low and behold, the grey area is there, the same products are there, not over run by competition and in theory, we still trending a thin line. Loaded up erank, found competitors in same niche, located their top performing products, bought them and repackaged. Etsy steadily giving me money! I wish Mercari had a digital home for me and spent money on ads like etsy does. I remember eCrater vaguely, not sure if iOffer is still a thing. eBay i just cant list there, ive tried so many times listing the same niche and other sellers over 4k feedback from some third world country name, just getting the hammer. I AM ON A MISSION! ALSO have yall seen the scams on fiverr for etsy seller accounts? lol. CRAZY! This place has been like church, only ask or pray when need help HAHAHAHAHAHAH 2025 BABY!

Def going to get ipburger, i use a hotspot at home and have noticed it changes my IP. Works from cell towers. I know for a fact i got banned for using my card and it being linked to a ghost buyer account. Was running ads today and just had to have what this guy was selling.

actually during these two years you should have opened more accounts instead of waiting to be kicked out

if you get back now you should pretend you did not and should open more accounts regularly

If only i hid my store on my profile and used it for buying and not have buyer accounts scattered i wouldn't be in this situation...I wasnt even using them to do charge backs or leave any reviews just grabbing product..going to have to lie here.

Etsy Ukraine Face Recognition Policy

I went above and beyond in answering including adding docs with their request. Definitely a wake up call, will be focused on getting a back up or two running. Can't have zero sales.

Been trying to research how to open Ukrainian bank ACC from abroad but it seems you need a TIN number(tax number basically) or temp residency allowance for example, and visit the local branch. I couldn't register in a few of their banks online, haven't done all my testing tho. Messaged a few of these banks, and they pretty much said what I said above.
Unless Payoneer actually doesn't check back with Etsy about the country where the bank is located, it might not be an issue. I will conduct a test next week with UKR IP and a new payoneer account.
I am mad enough to visit Ukraine lol and make a bank ACC just for this exploit to work haha, not even kidding.
My conspiracy theory - they are banning more people cuz they allowed an influx of sellers from Ukraine. I can guarantee some autists are gaming the Etsy stealth system with this.
What I haven't tested yet is other countries that work through Payoneer. Anyone has done some tests?
Although, I doubt people will share a juicy info on their actual tests

I don't work with Etsy, but I can speak for Payoneer. In Türkiye and some other countries, Payoneer has a visual authentication problem.

Sorry, maybe I missed something. With Etsy in Ukraine you need a Payoneer account. Or are you talking about withdraw money from a Payoneer account?

Basically, it was written in Etsy Payments policy (sorry too lazy to search for a link) that a bank in Payoneer ACC's must match the country that you specified in your Etsy ACC. Something like that.
So yeah, basically just use Payoneer to get my money.

Thanks, will do. Praying it works. Bought a new sim today, goal for today - set everything up. Gmail, cookie history, make an Etsy buyers ACC, scroll around, message some sellers with dump questions, add favorites etc. Read their policies cuz I bet they are checking all the stuff you do on the site. Haven't decided how slow I take this process, will update at the end of the week.

In theory, it could work, but they are making it hard. I did some dummy ACC pre-tests with just TOR and went through a registration process.

Payoneer WILL send your data to Etsy and thus reveal that your bank is not actually from Ukraine. Haven't confirmed it tho, but will still do the test with my own country's bank acc. It could be just a bluff on their part.
If you pick any of these countries as a bank country - https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/artic...egment=selling in the "How you'll get paid" step it still gives Payoneer option.

Then you have Payoneer asking for a passport ID, do they actually verify them? idk.
Tough. A bit demoralized ngl, but I gotta find a way.
If somebody can help research which Payoneer countries allow the creation of a bank ACC from abroad remotely that would be great. With Georgia, you need a person who will visit the bank irl in your behalf with notarized documents. Messaged a few Serbian banks with questions will see what they reply.
Might do UAE research today or tomorrow.

Does it state somewhere that Payoneer share bank details with Ebay?
I haven't used Payoneer in a while but before they asked for passport details at sign up, but didn't verify them until later, but not always.
Yeah, no banks in Ukriaine will allowing signing up online, even the online banks like Monobank.

in payoneer countries there is sync between payoneer and ebay , it is unlikely though that ebay are interested in the bank details where withdrawals go to from payoneer , it is an amazon thing

however as far as ukraine is concerned caution is required , this state will not exist very long , it is better to have a plan B as it is going to break apart with large chunks going to russia and smaller chunks to poland/hungary

Well it's hard to see what will be left of Ukraine, Russia will take large swathes and are going to want to take Kiev and Odessa as well as other major cities like Kharkov, Zaporozyhe, Dnepropetrovsk etc. Then Poland has designs on much of Western Ukraine including Lvov, Rovne, Ivano Frankovsk etc. And then the Romanians will want to take back Bukovina, and maybe Hungary and Slovakia wan't a slice of the Carpathians too.

Trump has come out today saying that (surprise surprise) Ukraine can pay back what it owes them from Ukraine's mineral assets, although Russia is in control of about 50% of the mineral rich areas of Ukraine and that is steadily increasing. Also, Zelesnky has come out today saying about 100 Billion of what America sent them has gone missing, and claims not to have received it at all.

It looks like the war is already over in many respects and Russia has won like they've always looked certain to do.

Anyway, back on topic, Ukraine as a country could be around for a couple more years yet perhaps, so make hay when the sun shines :)

the ukrainian banking system is likely to collapse before the state vanishes

it will be either the russians destroying what is left of their energy infrastructure sending them back to middle ages or it will be the americans stopping financial flows and forcing ukraine to capitulate

a separate topic is possible hyperinflation that would ensue in both of the above described cases so I can recommend people not to hold anything in the local currency and take out any incoming payments asap
