etsy refund policy

beware-
when a buyer opens an item not as described,Etsy wil ask him to return the item and in a few days without any proof of tracking from buyer,it will refund the buyer.

it has no software in place to check for tracking,nor does it has a way to ask buyer to enter tracking number .
