It's not Trump the plan as always been state by state they start from 2500 then they go down to 600

You get a 1099 from Ebay,Etsy,AMZN ,dunno about Mercari .
One copy comes to you and one goes to IRS and it will add it to your SSN account.
$600 is ridiculous,IRS computer will run over time to just add them to our account.
