Etsy Seller FK me HARDDD
 

This guy, hit me so hard openly, i think about him all the time and it's not good for my health.

I thought i had him on my good side. I did not see it coming. We would talk sometimes on telegram. The day i got banned, i did further research, he hit everyone else as well. I hit back and it worked for a few days. Was a legit take down, we trash talk on the platform now, blocked me on telegram, he relist items now and back to best sellers, even raised his prices and listed new movers and he is straight killing it. Not only because i am gone but so is everyone else. Stores with years behind them all squashed to a 9 month old Ukraine seller.

This guy even ventured out to other market places, thinking he found me, threating this and that, its not even me. We are straight up at War and i never lost a battle like this in the past. He has threatened to dox me, find my employer, take me to the three letter that starts with F and ends in I. (for stalking but ironically he is doing that).

I considered doing DMCA but that is perjury , i refuse to do it.

I can't sell on Etsy nor eBay only because he will burn a new account quick. He does not own the right to what he is selling, its not homemade, all it is , is a digital file.

The day he is closed for good, will be a very happy day for me. I messaged other sellers in the same niche they followed suite, but now can't get a hold of them because ole boy straight up murdered them.

All it is, is conviction. Have to laugh and give him credit. He actually did it and is winning short term and making bank. Taking a lot for me not to list his store here lol. Would expose the market.

Sad to see this obsession affecting you...it would be intriguing to know more detail but ...yes the decision to expose the market is your own

Love to hear it and I know the feeling.

Been there, making bank with digital files 20 years ago until the niche I was selling in was saturated.

I found a different niche which still to this day, thankfully not many competitors but it requires heavy investment up front to buy the stock as it's tangible goods.

While I've never had another seller come after me like that, I've definitely dealt with nightmare customers who took up way too much space in my head.

I've learnt over the years it's not worth the stress. block, refund, and move on.

Took me awhile but i am at peace. EVENTUALLY I will kill his store. Until then i am taking a break.

UPDATE:

So at first i was glaring at his shop, noticed he is charging a lot more and upload even more products, it was really wearing me down mentally. Like his prices went up over 100% last time i did check...I am not going to look at it, for mental health. Every since i been on this break life has been pretty good. I do miss making the money, but, i am able to not let my emotions control my actions. Such as burning money on his store for neg reviews, burning new store creation, doing perjury, being ill at home and work etc

I have a friend that will open a store for me for 10% off the top every month. I have yet to move forward with it, probably will be next week, it's all on me and he is ready for me to walk him through the steps etc. (confirmed), two other people offered to help that i know in real life, i haven't pressed it was one of those hey we can chat later on terms etc.

The only thing is when i do list items, this guy will find me. Well, if i list the movers. Remember Tooth Brush and Tooth Paste..So maybe i will list the items that get 2 to 4 sales a week versus the others that are 4-5 daily.

I received DM's asking for the store i need dead, so i can flock freely, at no cost LOL. For a low price of 994.95 i can charge you to take out the store and you can be in the niche. Actually, we should do a yearly valuation of the Business model and charge with a discount 8 months?

We tried joining lasted less than a month , he kept seeing my sales vs his, showing me screenshots of what erank stats are etc, kept trying to get permission to sale my biggest mover, I said no and gave up 4 items to compensate in the middle, he just decided to take everyone out instead.

The attraction of more gains and profits being solo...very difficult to keep a partnership going properly :(

How on earth did he take all of his competitors down? That is a lot of work, accounts, creativity and evilness at the end.

And why? Pie is not big enough for all of you?

New competitors wont be coming again and again?

because they all have been selling illegal items which I have to admit is standard on etsy so these items can be removed easily once complaints start coming in

it looks like they just started reporting each other at some point

I literally have seen people sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ jerseys and also ebooks of popular books like "rich dad poor dad" "100m leads alex hermouzi", and been doing it for years, 1000s of sales.

It happened. He boosted about it on telegram. Market takeover. With competition gone he can raise prices. I told him to stop and that competition was healthy. Use stuff like Erank you can keep a eye on other shops and what they are selling, an estimation of their profit margins. Then just buy the product from them from a buyer account, and sell on your own store with better listing description.
