That's the shop i have complained about in previous post. I moved on to a new niche. BUT if you was to touch anything in that realm he will report your shop as "harmful" and illegal. Have fun out there boys and do justice.

$2200-$2600 monthly. With only 50ish listings. I had a single manual make over 3.5k a year, most manuals sale about 3 times a month, some do 50 times. The manuals Max has are not movers. His movers are his Software, the manuals work as a buffer. But i cant even get back on. Max is paranoid, watches competition multiple times a day, even goes outside of Etsy to try and take people out. I would not, I repeat, i would not recommend anyone selling in this niche unless he is gone. Then wait awhile til he moves on from rage, He has mastered the art of getting stores closed. Guys that was huge with over 400 products, i seen it happen first hand and through the horses mouth.

I had a manual listed as number 1 in car accessories. Using the right keywords and longevity helps. As you know takes awhile to get ranked on Etsy. All of Max software has been removed multiple times, he changes the picture data and relists. Without his Software his store is dead, because the particular manuals he has sucks.

Hah well...true. Just for my own clarification, aren't auto manuals openly available from manufacturers? They come with the car - sorry if I'm not understanding well.

Its service repair manuals....not factory manuals that say this button turns on the ac. It's this is the AC parts, location, wiring, fuse, etc.

I'd personally get back to selling if I was you. 30k a year is good money for a digital file. I'm not sure how he can remove you but he's immune to being banned / removed himself.

I am curious to see if he files an appeal. I have seen where he has been in this position before and got out. Will bump the thread with more info. If you have specific questions, as you know i really held back on showing the niche, dm i might can help. My shop was 3 years old doing it.

I have a new isp, phone, computer, friend info ready to relaunch. I stumbled last night that dude was still around and already knew what would happen. If your selling this niche i wont be like him. Plenty to go around. Thanks Again!

I am starting very soon. Building search history, placed a physical order being shipped to my friends address on file. Have to hand him the phone for ID verify. All he wants is 10%, we already discussed taxes.

He is not immune, eventually it will stick. The way he reported people was hazardous, "goes against other policies". Be surprised what kind of prompt you can get chatgpt or deepseek to generate.

He found my new store. Dude straight up stalker. When you have been banned on Etsy you can still message from that account. He sent my new store a dm, and my previous store. I believe i have found his new one, 5 days old, I can not confirm at this time.

Really tired of this ****. Lets circle back to history.

1. While my main store was running, i bought a mac, a proxy, new details, number etc. Ran the store for about 3 weeks and Max was complaining of a particular product being priced low and also complaining about wanting to sell one of my hot sellers, i said no. That store got banned by his hand. He denied because his store and my main was still running. I was able to recoup most of my funds invested and was able to return the mac for what i paid.

2. I now have a new isp, computer, prepaid phone, card, friends info, addy, money invested for premium AI stuff, file hosting, phone+data, i will not be able to return this pc.

I removed some questionable listings, main question is should i put store in vacation mode and just sit it out? Or should i have my digital items as made to order? Even at made to order a new store with too many cancels can get banned. Or should i just raise my prices? This is really frustrating.

Tried to negotiate, Offered him 40% revenue to combine products. He wants me to pay $200 USDT thats what he has frozen. I tried being reasonable and told him there is no point in us fighting and we would do better as partners. 60/40 because the account owner is getting 10%. I guess he thinks im a sucker. Seems like he is keen on trying to open a shop. Asked me how, we could clear over 450 sales a month working together. Dude is an idiot. Only offered partnership because its best to have someone you're scared of as a partner than an enemy.

I have funds frozen on two stores, creation cost, you name it. I think my offering was fair. 40% just collect. I don't pay close my shop like you have done to everyone else. Simple. He wanted to be paid every 3 days as well in crypto. I said weekly, then it turned to ****.

in such a situation I would simply take a break and would make sure to bring down all his shops , constantly and without leaving any chance of selling

He confirmed his store during our negotiations and he threatened me again. I delisted my items. He pretends that this store is his friends and he is getting 50% but I don’t buy it. He continues to stalk me and threaten me.
