Multiple sellers selling the exact same digital image packs
 

Hi Guys.

I notice that there any many sellers selling the exact same digital image packs on Etsy. How do they get away with this without being reported and/or flagged for duplicate content?

Is this not a breach of Etsy's T&C's or is this allowed when it comes to digital items? There are LOADS of examples of this happening, but see 3 examples below of different sellers selling the exact same image pack.

Have you tried selling like they do? Maybe some watermark on pictures?

No, I haven't tried. As far as I was aware, this is a quick way to get your accounts shut down by selling the same things as other sellers with the same images.

The images do not have any watermarks and are identical between the different sellers.

Is there an exception for this rule when it comes to digital items? Can people selling digital items sell the same things with the same images and still be complaint with the T&C's?
