Corsearch targeting my Formula 1 Etsy stores

Hello, guys.

I do POD Etsy stores. I use AI to generate my desings. I started a few shop selling t-shirt for F1 pilots. I don`t put their names on the design, i blur the logos from their uniforms.

2 weeks ago I had 1 listing removed by Corsearch for trademark violations. Yesterday a second listing. It`s a random takedown, because if they had looked at my store, they probably would have taken down all lisings.

The biggest flag is that I had both names of the pilot in the title and description (Max Verstappen). The takedown said that the combination of the two names in combination is trademark violation obviously, but that was the official reason.

I will defintetly stop using both names in description and title. Should I stop using the names separetly as well? Should I remove the tags with the names as well? Would that make a change? Also with AI image detector they can see who that pilot is. Are there any softwares to distort an image so AI can`t recognize what it is?

I am sure they is a solution because the competition is selling like crazy from years with next to 0 takedowns. They use names, tags everything.

Any advice on how to proceed would be much appreciated.

One was Verstappen, and one was Hamilton. Both removed by Corsearch.

Corsearch uses multiple A.I bots to trawl the internet for any brand names they can try to bill takedown notices too

I'm not sure they are even authorised by half of the brands they are issuing takedowns for and there are many many complaints across the internet for them , they do not respond to any correspondence and seemingly have next to no physical presence

They have targeted several of my stores across all manner of brands / niches there is no way they can be legitimately acting on behalf of all of these companies

And when I was checking the takedowns they were all coming from the same name "Hasmeet Singh"

Etsy seems to be an easy target for them becuase they do not do a lot to verify the claims .

They were targeting 1 of my stores on shopify but I emailed shopify legal pointing out the notices were filled with errors and were not legally viable and that if this company continued filing these notices I would take it up with the US federal trade commission

I never heard anything else from shopify about corsearch after that.

Normally Etsy tell you when you are on your last warning for IP infringement.
