Etsy Beacon Tracking

Can etsy discover my Ip address through email? I have 2 etsy accounts and 1 of them is suspended(the one I opened the email for). I quickly got out of the yahoo app(iphone). I changed my ip address after the account became suspended but I opened the email with my new ip address which I use for the other account. Will they suspend that one too?

Don't know about yahoo email but Gmail doesn't.
