To get back on et/sy do I have change the only IP or also my MAC ?

Everything needs to be NEW.

New IP address.
New windows user account.
New address
Different name
Different paypal account etc..

Yep I knew the other stuff I just didnt know about the ip for my wifi router too ?

To get new IP, you should reset your modem...unless router is in your modem. You also need dynamic IP provider
