novemberrain is correct. They can and will delete shops so that you cannot login. They aren't the only ones who do that either. So, easily logging back in is not always the case which is why we were discussing the issue in the first place.

It doesn't seem right to me that they can do this and just delete people and their orders - but hey it's their sandbox. We are all just playing in it. Watch out for the cat droppings!

Sorry did not realise they actually delete some shops without you being able to log in.

Very harsh, you should at least be able to get a record of sales for your records.

Yes you should but they don't care. Just one of the many things I hate about Et.

Same. It happens a little too often that they lock the entire thing up. It usually results in a few disputes as buyers see you are gone, send a message..you can't reply ..and all hell breaks loose. Probably their goal tho. :doh:
