Phone as the only source of internet
 

I can use my WiFi but I don't to for ip reasons. So only method I'm doing is using my Samsung note with foxfi and pet and doing the whole airplane mode to get new ip for my accounts. Here is the issue. I had two accounts banned but I know the reason why I believe. And the third one was banned for a separate issue that I was too impatient. But the 4th is still going. I used my phone for getting new ips... but I'm going to open one shop again but not sure if same phone method is safe.. maybe they didn't link the 4th because overlooked something..and it's generating a good amount so don't want to sabotage it. (I basically direct connect via USB from phone to.pc)..

So the questions

1. I do check ipburger.com to record the ips but I don't cross examine the accounts if they are using same ip or not. Is the ip always pretty much new or chances of it being used by other account most likely.. I have separate windows user for each account.

2.if I want to preserve the account right now. It's about 2.5 months now.. what should I do for the other account I'm opening up for Internet access? I was thinking vpn. And tried it but too slow .. if using my phone.. I could use WiFi at home but I don't like staying home to do the listing and managing my shop.

3. If my shop I'm doing right now is generating income.. should I keep listing items or kind of stay low key and not list...

Just do not want that dreaded feeling of waking up and logging on only to see my account vanished. ..

Forgot to add.. I heard that the Ted only handful ips the phone gets renewed and then starts cycle again. . Or is it always new ip... just one digit off is also that's needed right... like if it's 59.534.92 and 59.534.93 it's totally different right.

Internet dongles here in AUS are quite cheap on a monthly plan, would imagine it would be just as so in the USA

Cheaper in fact in US with so many options existing
