Flagged Words Causing Suspicion?

Any of you guys know if Etsy has a bot for flagged words?

That's the only thing I can think of that keeps getting my shops closed.

More shops were shut down yesterday, like 3 per hour, that had a certain celebrity name, whose very popular, in the title.

That gotta be the only link.

What do you guys think?

All sites have bots that do nasty things.

Par for the course.

Yep. They're going crazy. Now I have to adapt accordingly.

It's not a surprise that some policies may change after the New Year as a response to real or imagined shifts in the law.

this shouldn't be a shocker. although I don't know whats worse a bot or a fella sitting in a call centre overseas?

I think its both. A bot flags the shop then a human manually reviews.

Have to agree with the OP....

the issue of both being near an account is a concern.

Thats why its so annoying when getting suspended.

Its usually because of a bot, and sometimes they make it "permanent".

When in some circumstances a actual human being reviewing the "suspension" might easily over turn it.

The E-team shoots first and then never ever admits they were wrong, or looks back.
