Setting up the shop - PayPal
 
Hi there!
I would like to know how to set up PP. Et/sy is making a link with PP and they are charging 1 USD(returnable) to make a link, how to do this, especially when you have brand new PP and zero funds there? How to add funds? Bank transfer? Will be linked with bank then i guess. Maybe with prepaid card somehow?

In Hungary, can you VERIFY by using a CC?

If you can then do they not charge the card on the PayPal then refund £1 back into the PayPal? That should get you past the first £1 they take then you need to start making sales to get money into the account in case they do it again.

I am planning to add prepaid MC gift card to PayPal, PP can be verified by this.
But afraid about that 1 USD charge and their immediatelly refund back, they are making a link Et-sy and PP. But if there will be zero fund on PP, then they are going to bank account and charge bank and there will be my real informations about me....huh i am confused how to solve this :confused: everything else it clear to me

Not sure if i understand you correctly, CC card verification on Etsy is not available in our country, only PP is available.

Yes but you need to VERIFY the Paypal attached with a CC and in Hungary you can do that.

Verify using a CC, it will charge the card £1, it will then refund that £1 into your Paypal. That should be enough when Etsy charge the PayPal for the $1.

nope, just was not sure which one to display, as I am hungarian living in Austria :thumb: but was corrected by another user to display country where i am living, so corrected and done, sorry I am new in this forum and looking around
