Etsy login with mobil stick
 

Hi there,

I had an Etsy account that was banned in 2014 . I offen logged to my banned/suspended Etsy shop with mobil internet stick. The mobil stick is with dynamic IP .

I opened a new sleath Etsy account and this shop is working well since 9 month. I never used the mobil stick. ( only local internet with dynamic IP) Yesterday I created again a new sleath account with new windows username and new pp, cc, email, etc.. I used only mobil internet stick.. I was curious what will happen .. I don't now what they check.. the IP only or the IMEI too ? Today I logged again and I noticed that in my new windows account the wifi is worked.. I forgot to turn off.. but in the same time I also used the mobil internet. Wich is stronger? I hope I could connected with the mobil stick and not with wifi..suck.. (First I turned on the mobil connection and after that I opened the browser)

I'm afraid maybe Etsy already knows my local internet informations.. If so .. Etsy will joint my well-established Etsy shop with my new account that I opened yesterday with the mobil stick.. And if Etsy somehow knows that I used the mobil internet stick with my suspended Etsy account they will banned my active Etsy shop..

I hope you can write some restful answer and my fears are ill-founded

I am in the same situation as you. The laptop always connect to WIFI automatically when the laptop is turned on or after it is wake up from hibernate. And the browser with etsy pages was not turned off before the laptop was hibernate so not sure if etsy knows the real IP at this time. I use a mobile stick because the previous account was shut down.

There are settings inside of windows that you can use to stop your Wi-Fi from automatically connecting try this!

Go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Network and Sharing Center > Manage Wireless Networks (in the left pane) and right-click the one you want to change, then click Properties > Connection Tab.
There are three fields that can be changed: Connect automatically when in range, Connect to a more preferred network and Connect even if the network is not broadcasting. Change them accordingly.
