They hold them 5 days when you first give them a bank account number. After that you have your funds every 24 hours. Now let's say they suspend your shop, they can hold your money for 180 days. The good thing is Etsy isn't registered in any state except NY as a money transmitter, so just BBB and AG complaint them...they release money pretty fast after that.
