If I want to open a acct in a different country does e. tsy check to see if my ip address is in that same country? Or do I need to get a vpn?

Free vpn sites like the ones vela1987 has suggested tend to be burned to the ground. Don't use them

And let me tell you, If your account gets under review they will ask you to prove that what your are selling is really handmade by you. This is no problem as long you have the information of what you are selling.

About your IP they will ask you why your account is open in a different country from the one you are working on it.

Get a USB Dongle with 3G/4G. Much simpler.

Be careful with VPN though, it may stop suddenly & reveal your real IP. You may also leak your real ip while installing VPN for the first time. Be very careful

That's a very simple problem to fix, simply use vpn drop protection software such as vpnwatcher or vpncheck

or simply configure your firewall to block non-vpn internet access

Mobile hotspots are the most cost effective to manage multiple accounts but not the most efficient. Having a dedicated IP VPN like 123 seller is the most efficient.

From experience, if you are running more than one stealth, dedicated IP VPN (I got mine from 24vc seller 123) is the ONLY way to go. I used a MiFi for quite some time and had issues like small range of IPs in my area, meaning I had to restart the flipping thing sometimes two or three times trying to get a fresh IP. That does not sound too bad unless you multiply that by 8 or 9 or more stealths and then those two or three minutes lost while switching between each one are PRICELESS. With the 24vc software I can switch between them in seconds. Also I have never had them drop but I do have measures in place just in case with the firewall configuration.
