Am I missing something with new etsy acct?

My aunt is retired and has offered to let me set up a new account on et sy in her name, ss#, etc. I am going to open up a new chase account with both of us on it and setup a new paypal in her name. I am going to get a new IP from 24vc and use all new wiped pictures, descriptions, everything. I was going to get a PO box in her town too for the mailing address. Will that be a problem? Should I use her real street address? Is there anything I am missing?
