If Et.sy Account closed, will I still get the Money (direct checkout)
 

I asked my friend to make a US steal account with Direct checkout, "For sellers in the United States, available funds are disbursed every Monday." If my account was closed, will Et.sy still fund the money??

It seems that I have to give up this new stealth account. "If you had more than $20,000 in sales and received more than 200 payments through Direct Checkout during the year, you will receive a 1099-K from Etsy. " Can I close my account until $20,000 in sales or 200 transactions?

No they won't, a similar situation happened to me. They will instantly hold your payments if they detect any issues with your account.

Hey guys I recently created a shop to drop ship .. I'm tryna make some good money give me some tips I've been reading the board and I like what I'm absorbing... I created an account with my SSN and such so I can verify that 1099k and I have a bank that matches my info .. After 48 hours I waited to make a sale I did and it was for 11 items . I posted them shipped even though it wasnt a real (t/ransaction) I'm planning to be as st\ea/lth as possible and wait 3 months to be able to actually get the money in order to purchase the merch , because they hold funds for 90 days after first sale!
