Etsy holding £3K from me
 

Etsy suspended my account today, the worse thing is I was actually selling handmade items that I make myself and unfortunately I got far too many orders the past few months that I fell way behind and a few customers opened up cases so etsy decided to suspend my account forever for 'non delivery reports'.

But I have around £3000 GBP still in my direct checkout that they have decided they will hold until December!! Has this happened to anyone before? Will I definitely get that money in December? Anyway to get it faster? I am going to try and make a stealth etsy but it seems like its very hard these days.

Wow That's unfortunate to have that happen. Similar situation happened to me on one of my Amzn accounts. Christmas season just got so busy with orders, I couldn't get them out fast enough and ended up taking a hit on my shipping which eventually got my account term'd.

There isn't much you can do with ET though, there isn't even really a way to dispute it or get a hold of someone in order to get a conversation going with them. You just need to wait it out, I think.

Stripe will do the same thing. Seems the norm these days and it's scary.
