Stealth Details + New bank account for direct checkout works?

I have a case where im helping someone who wants to open a Etsy account on Portugal using direct checkout.

Is possible to use stealth details on etsy account using a new bank account from a person who got banned?

as long as it is different address and bank account.

Yes works for me. Make sure it's a bank account that Et.sy have no record of. The only thing they will have to go on is the name of the account owner but they can't ID you from that. :)

Just wanna make sure 1 thing:
Can I write a real info in bank fields and a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info in personal information fields? For example bank acc Owner's name would be John but in personal info I would write Bobby. Or is it better to write ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info in "owner's name" field too?

That's what I did, my new stealth account works for over 2 months so far.

Keep the bank stuff real. Works for me :) (but of course make sure its a bank account that you've never given to Et.sy before)

I'm trying to set my etsy up and I'm glad to see you have been successful in doing so. I have a new bank account but obviously its still under the same name as my banned account, so is it ok to still use the same name as long as its a totally new bank account?

Also last time I tried to set up my stealth etsy I used an address for a house that is near me but has been empty for years and it kept asking me to provide ID as it couldn't match the info or something. Is this normal? Do I just have to provide ID for the made up name/address that I put in?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

is this only if I'm setting up ET.sy outside of U.s or does this work for U.S

I believe Et.sy US requires a SSN number, you may have to do some searches on how to tackle that hurdle as I have no experience in that field, but otherwise I believe it to be the same.

Hi Zenohki, you seem like a pro i will do that and use my new card with same name as banned account but registered to different address hope that will work.

Before you go ahead with your first Stealth I would recommend going over the stealth book and making a check list of what you need to do. Double check everything before going ahead, ask any questions here that you need reassurace on, and once you are sure, give it a go. It will be a little nerve wracking at first but be patient. If you do it right it will be a huge relief when that first sale comes in. :)

Can I use STEALTH name on my US bank account ? I already did, Etsy send me 0,01usd and I recieved to my bank account. So it means it is working ?

Hi So i see you are based in Uk same as me :) so you used a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name for your bank detail then the one on the card? because i have a new card with new address and details but same name as suspended account also will be different to the address im going to use for the et.sy account going to use my sisters name and address and then use the new card i got under my name and registered to a new address, you think it will work?

Well i am in turkey. I couldn't change the flag :/ i use payon.eer account which i have never used. I think they can not understand your sisters card. They are just looking account numbers
