how long does credit card authorisation last?
not ebay/amazon related at all....
I cannot see this purchase in the pending balance of my card - they seem to not have charged me for it yet....
made a xmas purchase for family member about 4 weeks ago, several hundred pounds, it was a mobility apparatus, thats all I am saying....
the thing has been already installed and noticed it was not that great working, but still works adequately, I just reckon I would only want to pay half of the price for this thing - if that makes sense.......
I got an engineer to put some add-ons, so I have tampered with it too....but only because it was not working that great....but not in a not as described way, more just not what I expected...
So under normal circumstances I would not want the hassle of returning an installed item, that is working somewhat....I would want some money off though.....
but I have not been charged! does anyone know how long the credit card authorisation I assume they made when I checked out will last? is it 30 days?
because if I get it for free, I have no complaints.....if I pay full price, I will not be happy.... |
