Ebay Return (Cannot Add Tracking Number)
 

Recently returned a purchased ebay item. I selected print label (saved to usb) printed elsewhere, and ebay stated that paypal would charge me after label was printed. I was never charged, but label was printed, placed on package, and shipped out. Now each time I try to add tracking number it says:

"The tracking number you have provided already exists in our system. Please use a valid tracking number for this return."

Did I do something wrong?

Whenever I check tracking number, since yesterday it says:

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 21, 2016 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available."

hmmm, sounds it got added already, if it exists on the system....

you will have to see if the tracking updates on usps online.....I suppose you could contact seller/ebay if all else fails and you do not get refunded when it arrives.....
