I just found this the other day... its great :)

Right click context menu is a time saver and you can also highlight multiple files and right click and all is done fast.

I personally resize and batch resize like this: http://www.paintshoppro.com/en/pages/resize-images/ with PaintShop Pro because it is very simple and quick, and it preserve the quality of my photos after I am done :)

Great tool thanks! It took me a few minutes to realize that their is no application to launch but rather it just acts as an extension of the Windows OS! Just right click any picture and select "Resize pictures".
