300 PC games for free

I have been given roughly 300 PC games for free, I have researched some of them on ebay, and they vary from £5 to £30 used.

Question is, are you able to sell used pc games?

They have the activation key inside, some say once it's used you can't use it again, others say different.

I do hope I can sell them :)

What do you guys think?

im sure you can, as long as they not linked to a steam or origin account.

should say it by the system requirements on the boxes.

Does it have prior sales? 6 months old is not really 6 months unless you have been making sales...just clarifying...
