invest in business and participate
 

Ive invested in crowd-funding businesses before, but am now looking for a platform or way to invest and also to participate in the Company...

reason is I am trying to help out my relative, a kid about to graduate, and wants work experience and get hands-on...jobs are hard to get right now - plus the bonus is you can keep an eye on investment if you are in on it...

anyone know a platform specifically for this, UK based, or do I just ask each business in turn if they would be interested in return for an investment and hammer it out from there...and the pitfalls?

Ehm...how would that work? I mean, that sounds like a total nightmare to me, having a freshly graduated kid trying to run things with his dad's investment xD
