If there’s any honorably discharged military veterans here from the state of Texas you are eligible to have your state business incorporation fees waived. I’ve included a link for all interested in looking into this. I’ve opened 2 new LLCs for stealth without paying anything out of pocket. Second the above, you don't get an EIN if out of country, get an TIN, it takes a long time, and is very difficult.
