A couple websites are saying he has passed away but others are saying he is in critical condition in the hospital including CNN.

He did die..he was in a deep coma when he went to the hospital and then was pronounced dead.

Not sure , never bothered to insure tickets before but with Jacko there was real doubts about if he would show up, well now I know for certain..

thanks, yes, person that booked says its ok, already got an email from issuer..always best to book by credit card anyway, it was £1600 for 6 tickets!
