Which Payment companies issue debit cards?
 

Are there any payment services similar to paypal and the old Google Wallet that offer debit cards for immediate access to funds? Payza offered one but I no longer see any information on that, and idk too much about that company.

Wells Fargo Merchant Services. Not instant availability but they do daily payouts so you could access your $ at 12:01 each night with your WF debit card.

Using an Amex Serve or Bluebird card you would have instant access to funds but your customers would need an Amex card to send you $. They don't charge a monthly fee or a fee for payments sent/received so I keep mine active just in case.

I think there are BTC companies who issue Mastercards. Good luck with that.

Those are the best options I can think of. :)

The Payoneer mastercard is also a prepaid debit card.

MasterCard is just a company

They can issue both debit and credit cards
