Sadly whatever "ethics" they have, end up being wrecked by scammers who screw the system for many legit ppl

There's also something called contracts. YES, a death is a terrible thing, it only happens once, and unfortunately once is enough, BUT for those still LIVING - life goes on, and PP is currently out 3k. If her spouse or family member doesn't pay up I'm going to phake my death.

Usually family members aren't responsible for debts left by a deceased person, though there are circumstances in which it happens.

The creditor has to collect against the estate of the deceased. Depending on the type of debt, they may be first in line, or they may get nothing.
