help in vnc server on vps
 

Hello,

kindly i need help in something a bit technical , i've bought an ipv6 ubuntu vps, and i'm trying to run vnc server on it , and connect it to a vnc client on my laptop .

I could've installed the vnc server on the vps , but when i try to run it through the vnc client using th ipv6 that i have , it doesn't run.

Any solutions ?

what VNC are you using? RealVNC or another version? The version your trying to use might not work with just IPv6...

RealVNC should work with only IPv6.

i was using realvnc , but actually the problem was related to the type of connection , my isp doesn't support ipv6 , so i should've used ipv4 to ipv6 tunnel, or logging to the vnc on that vps through another vps supporta both protocols , which was the easier .

but now i'm facing another problem , lots of websites aren't working ( especially amazon seller and ebay ) , while other sites like facebook and google are fully working .

any fixes that that i could do to make them work ?
