How to ignore negative though?

Every time when I get negative thought, it ruin my whole day. Please suggest me how to ignore negative thought

my favorite type is when a midget/dwarf does it with a grandmother preferably with wrinkley skin that sags to the floor.

Serious answer: don't ignore the negative thought. Try to look deeper into that thought to see why it is negative "for you": if not everyone thinks your negative thoughts are negative, then it's only negative in your perspective. If you find the root cause, then you can unravel it by looking at the potential positive sides of that negative thought. "How does this negative thought/thing actually serve me and make me better?"

Ever try praying about it? Try to think positive thoughts.. Change your surroundings... Like go to the beach or do something even tho its not something you would normally do, or have time for... You have to try and force a brain chemical change... Like alt-ctrl-del... or a reboot...

I had a real dark time in my life when i was in my early 20's.. Imagine the movie "Party Monster"... except no one was gay... more people died... but no one got murdered or cut into little pieces... And set in Miami instead of New York..

what i hate the most is having emotions, I know it makes us human, i wish I had zero emotions and no conscience of right and wrong.

that way if negative thoughts or even positive thoughts come in it can never really effect you and you don't have to find a coping mechanism.

the thing about society is that anything that happens such as stimuli like behavior or action......you can either classify it as a negative or positive situation.

and choose accordingly how to respond.......

the low class immigrant feminine mentality is oh just ignore it............thats a cop out.........your not learning to use your head to think just using your emotions.......

if someone says something...........you can choose how to take it in.......and cope with it.....

what makes you a man is knowing how to deal with behavior and actions around you......

women are considered mentally weak when they give in and start crying or committing suicide just because of some random comments on their instagram or twitter page......

a man can be like.......oh interesting.......these comments from some random people i have never met are saying all these cute things about me.....and move on......

personally for me, I dont hang around women and take their advice when it comes to how to deal with stuff around me.

my mentality is.......if it bothers you enough start plotting and finding where they live and sleep....and their wives and kids....and study their routine......

men handle their issues even if violence is necessary.

the best place to handle your problems is in USA where gun laws are so loose......or mexico.......lure your person to mexico.......police in mexico are corrupt they turn a blind eye to crime for a little bit of hush money.
