Books to read

I used to read a lot when I was younger, however the last few years I've not done much reading at all.

What are some of your favorite books / recommendations?

Fiction or Non Fiction

48 Laws of Power is Beast... But you can't just read it... You have to put a lot of thought into it and test the strategies out in the real world to truly appreciate it.

I LOVE 48 laws of power.. it was written by a psychopath!

I need to read it again.

I read 2-3 books a month.

What sort of books are you looking for? Anything specific?

I will buy 48 laws of power, I'm sure I've heard it mentioned somewhere before.

I also want to buy 'thinking fast and slow'

Heard good things about that.

Not really looking for anything specific, just a brain storm of everyones fav books that we could all benefit from.

I got my hands on it while I was kidnapped and held against my will by the state of FL... I studied it for about a year straight... It was the perfect testing environment since I was constantly being moved around and surrounded by new people.

Where I was, was already like a real life chess game... Everyone fighting for their place in the hierarchy.

I need to take a refresher course too...

I've inadvertently built a fortress around myself by moving to a new city and sitting in front of this key board all day... Instead of getting out and trying to make some moves...

Another really good book... Even tho its not really my style...

Is BMF: The Rise and Fall of Big Meech

The Golden Nugget in that book is where Meech broke down how he lured in other hustlers that had long money with greed, by altering their perception.. it's how he put together his crew and acquired the connections he had all over the world.

I used that strategy way before I read the book... but he takes it to a whole nother level...

Calvin and Hobbes - comic strip "books." A reminder not to take yourself or life too seriously but rather enjoy it for what it is.
