Is it true that Filipinos are good employees?
 

I am planning to expand my business offshore and is planning to hire virtual assistants. A friend told me that Filipinos are the best people to get the job done. Is this true? Does any of you here has experience dealing with Filipino employees?

Think females are the only sex I'd consider hiring given the tendency for competitiveness in males. Much less likely to steal your ideas / business model IMO. Plus if they're good looking you get to watch them handle your packages all day.

Every dropshipper I've heard say they're using VAs pick Filipinos. A female Filipino is where it'd be at.

Be careful, I hired a Filipino VA 3 years ago and just married her lol.

Mostly good though, English is basically the (unofficial) national language in the Philippines, all websites and laws etc are written in English.

Not really that bad, American banks etc pay 30-40k pesos for call center staff and then they get holiday, 13th month pay, health insurance etc.
