product not receive chargeback situation
If a customer is very impatient and opens a chargeback at day 15 after placing an order while the package is in transit.
The merchant will receive a notification from the bank and has a chance to provide a tracking number that shows "delivered" at day 25. And the bank will look at the case and tracking number to decide who wins the case. The whole process takes several weeks or months.
If the tracking number shows "delivered" at day 25 after the customer placing the order, can the merchant win the case?
Who has this experience?
We are talking about a credit card chargeback, not paypal amazon chargeback.
