So I'm pretty acclimated with amazon and ebay, I also know from my reading some ppl also do etsy stealth's, but I have thought about getting into the Walmart game, but when I apply myself or with friend (non stealth) they either never respond or deny the app. I wanted to see if anyone here had any experience with
a) selling with Walmart in general?(like is it worth it)
b) Has anyone created any stealth with Walmart and how their experience with that has been such as verification etc ?
c) Also advice on good sales platforms aside from the 4 mentioned?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I don't know what comments are being referenced but I've heard that :
- Walmart.com for buyers is an unorganized mess which tends to drive buyers off the site
- Walmart was good about responding to seller applications when they first started accepting 3rd party sellers but it's almost impossible to get approved now
- If you do manage to get approved you'll get sales but maybe 10-20% of what you'd get on ebay or amazon. And it's "Walmart-tier" customers.
Pursue Walmart if you want to, but if you want to try out some other platforms that are easy to apply for/sell on and will get you decent sales, look into some of the new e-com apps out there. Most start as an app-only and some later launch a traditional desktop website. My wife has been making decent money selling our normal items on Mercari. A lot of users here have had success with Poshmark. I think there are a few others too.

Thanks its just another market I thought I would look more into I hear they are growing substantially as far as traffic goes. I've tried just applying normally and have had issues with it which is strange...
WMT is not that bad,if you have products WMT shoppers want.
If they prefer store pickup,WMT will give you a UPS/Fed Exp shipping label so you can ship it to that local store.
