what is the cheapest way to send stuffs to Canada from the U.S without custom fee(tax). and which is the cheapest for domestic in Canada.

idk about domestic in Canada, but the cheapest way from US to CA is USPS First Class Flats with a creative declared value or marked as a gift/sample.

Not a lot of options for domestic service in Canada - Canada Post is still the most popular but you can look at domestic courier services if you have a lot of stuff.

For sending from US to Canada, you would use USPS First Class flats with the creative declared value as phaz stated...or gift option I think still exists?
