Fire TV remote not working, how can I get rid of?
 
When I was trying to play videos my Amazon Fire TV Stick remote stopped working.

First, change the batteries. They use 2 triple A's.

If that doesn't work throw the entire unit in the trash.

I haven't tried it myself, but there should be a phone app which acts as a remote to control the device.

The second post has been removed. It contained a link to a website with some fixes. Both the OP and the user used for the second post are spammers trying to direct users to their website.
