People in this country are very obsessed with health insurance,they walk around and say I dont have any health insurance like it is a death sentence.
I have health insurance,when was the last time I file a claim
if you are young and healthy,find one with a high deductible with a reputable provider,when doctors find out you will be paying the visit yourself due to high deductible,he would give you a discount . |

Like you ,I pay plenty for my helalth insurance,but when was the last time I submitted a claim?

I pay a little less than €100 a month. I could lower it if I wanted, but that would limit my choice in hospitals for non-acute treatment, something I don't want. |

I dont have health insurance. There are short term (6 month) plans available but I have not gotten to it... ill stay uninsured for now just hope I dont get cancer or something. |

I found folks so obsessed with having health insurance,like if you dont have it,it i s like kiss of death.
In many societies,folks dont have health insurance,they have savings,doctors accept CASH !
How many of us are going to have cancer,TB,Aids,?
stay healthy,eat more fruits and veggies,esp veggies and stay away from tobacco,alcohol and VAPING |

Americans especially are paranoid when it comes to health issues. America scares them into into not even travelling overseas "What would happen if...." they often are like walking pharmacies when they do travel :)
I just came back from the Urologist here in Eastern Europe. $20 for an examination. He saw me on the same day, no waiting list. The guy was old school, was using a Typewriter :) |

BACK IN 2000,there is a woman who married well,she married the son of a prominent senator,he is in the real estate business.
They sided with Clinton and particpate in many Clinton fund raising events and she volunteered her time.
Then his business faltered,the day she went to the White House to ask Clinton for a job which pays,is the same day her hubby drove up a hill and shot himself in the head.
His company has a life insurance on him and she is the beneficiary.
She was able to hide the proceeds from his creditors with her daughter,so it seems insurance co will pay despite his suicide. |

I pay from $700 a month for health insurance, and that's quite a comfortable cost for me. First of all, it includes a dentist, therapist, surgeon, and other necessary doctors for a month. I go to the dentist every month and only pay extra for services that are not included. Recently, I am also paying extra for covid insurance, which is also health insurance and costs from $200 (depending on the length of the policy and the range of services included) |

| National healthcare, yes but the waiting period and other logistics can be annoying. Paying out of your pocket for the private fee-for-service health care providers makes the process quite quicker |

Here in USA,we have Medicare and Medicaid.
Neither of them pay doctors much,some doctors who do well serving patients who have private insurance policy wil say we dont take any new Medicare patients. and they sure dont take Medicaid. |

A friend of mine went to see a Chinese doctor in Chinatown,she looked at the list of prescription drug he takes daily (15),and told him with proper diet,exercise,he could eliminate half of them !
Of course he wont listen as his employer paid for them,now he is looking for kidney transplant ! |
