how to recover my eBay account

I have a ebay account which is registered for almost 10 years.But last week it cannot sell on US/CA site, will it be suspended permanently? How to solve this case?

I have same issue and my problem I think was it that on 2018 after hurricane Harvey hit the city of Houston I had some delay on shipping some of my items I sold then I called ebay and they stated that I will be no longer to get activated to sell now I'm in a rush to sell some computers laptops and cell phones replacemen parts that are just sitting around any input will appreciate.thanks in advance

you can try calling Ebay and beg to be reinstated due to Harvey,else you would need a stealth account.
or find someone to sell for you
