Try to Purchase ebay stealth ebook and got declined

Hello, I am trying to purchase eBay Stealth but my card got declined. I tried it multiple throughout the weeks. I contacted customer support and all they say is to put the correct detail, which I did. I use this card daily and get no problem at all. Anyone knows the reason for this?

You could have to call your card issuer to make sure they didn't trigger a fraud alert that blocked it
